Yesterday I brought my 1995 Virago 750 in for an oil change. This was my first experience with PowerSporrts Rockville. Piper and Justin sure made an outstanding first impression and then follow up with professional, prompt, and excellent service. I only had to wait about an hour for the work to be completed, and afterwards I received a complete evaluation of my bike. There was no attempt to get me to agree to unnecessary or immediate repairs, but I was informed of work that might be required in the near future. Piper and Justin were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. The work was completed promptly and correctly, My motorcycle was treated as I treat it; with care. You know I'll be back for future service when needed. Thank you Piper and Justin for the very positive experience.

The sales manager Bill, at the Rockville location, has earned my complete respect. Several years ago, I sold a GoldWing to Bill and he spoke to me as a person rather than a number. We exchanged stories and chit chat. A few weeks ago, I purchased a 2014 Honda Valkyrie from Bill and, though we have not spoken since I sold him the GoldWing, Bill remembered me and he remembered the narrative of "why" I sold my GoldWing. I sold it to help fund bringing my daughter back from Australia where her mother had taken her against my will. If you had asked me April 26th if I would ever own another bike I would have said, "No.". As my son was expertly led through the process by the entire staff at Honda Powersports of Crofton, for purchasing not only the CBR 500 but all the best riding gear. Hello Honda Crofton Team,Many thanks to Jason the Service Manager at Honda Crofton. After coming from another shop to possibly have my VTX1800 serviced or sold because I was fed up with trying to fix it myself. I came to Crofton and explained my dilemma to Jason. My bike kept dying and blowing fuses which was blowing my mind. It was also missing screws, bolts and partially disassembled when I towed it in, all because I tried to be a motorcycle mechanic . It was a sad sight. Jason was professional and polite when explaining how he can get my bike up and running. His positive attitude and humor put me at ease. He made me feel like I had a friend working on my bike. Jason found the culprit that was killing my bike. It was the starter relay switch. He also fixed my backlights, replaced all missing screws and nuts, and tightened up bolts that I didnt mention when dropping it off. I even agreed to have new LEDs put on my bike. My wife and I rode with a group to Virginia Beach last week. It was a 3 and a half hour ride. My bike was problem free. I am totally satisfied with the work and the price.
